Your Job Duties: You will work directly with the Southern California Division Director to oversee Southern California commercial plumbing projects. You will visit the field on occasion and most of your work will be performed in the office. · Prepare the project takeoff using project plans (using BlueBeam software). Assist with project estimating and creating change orders · Create and update detailed project timelines, forecast budgets using BuildOps and MS Excel · Coordinate directly with the contractors and clients · Identify the scope of work for the project and reconcile scope of work with the contract · Build SOV for all projects, maintain and prepare accurate Billing Applications · P...
