THE JOB: Specialist, Technical Projects, Learning & Development (12 Month Contract) The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range. Starting Salary Range: $70,856 - $88,570 Reporting to the Manager, Technical Projects, Learning and Development, the Specialist designs and delivers structured learning programs and training initiatives that align with organizational priorities. The Specialist manages multiple concurrent projects, producing high-quality training materials and job aids that support enterprise initiatives across Doctors of BC. Embedded within technical project rollouts, the Specialist identifies training impacts early and ensures user-readiness activities are effectively planned and executed.
