The Role FinStrat Management ("FSM") is looking for a proactive, highly organized recent graduate to manage core business applications and IT functions for a growing fractional CFO firm. You'll follow evolving best practices and contribute to workflow documentation as processes mature. Responsibilities: Client Onboarding — Finance Platform Setup Internal Systems Support (Tier 1 / Tier 2) - Configure and manage client finance platforms during onboarding (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Bill.com , Ramp) and set up shared inboxes such as client-provided finance@ credentials in Front - Provision and manage team access to client systems, ensuring the right CFOs, controllers, and analysts have appropriate permissions - Create and maintain SOPs for client onboarding workflows, platform setup, and access provisioning as processes evolve - Serve as Tier 1/Tier 2 support for internal users via Slack, email, and ticketing system - Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, connectivity problems, and access errors - Escalate complex issues to Operati...
