By welcoming all who visit or call the community in a warm, helpful and competent manner, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression. The Concierge is responsible for facilitating communications for residents and staff. The Concierge respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff. This is a safety sensitive position.
