Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities. - Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers . - Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat. - Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting. - Provide information about products/services/policies - Document Interactions Your Profile 🧐: - English is a must, along with proficiency in: Italian - You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop. - You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas. - Excellence in communicating and problem-solving. - Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
