Position Overview This position is in the Distribution area of the Materials Management Team. You will be working to stock material, kit material, and pick material for Fulfillment operations to the customer. Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position) - Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc. - Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity - Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives - Accomplish other duties as required to include cross training - Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy - Maintain a clean work area - Responsible for pulling the correct material for each order and accurately consuming the material in the system - Responsible for inventory accuracy - Assist in the development of procedural improvements designed to increase efficiency, costs, safety, and morale - Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers - Prioritize orders as instructed - Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process - Re...
