Description REPORTS TO : Executive Director and Director of Special Education Start Date: 7/1/2026: Application Deadline: Until position is filled RESPONSIBILITIES : - Reports Directly to the West Bay Collaborative Director of Special Education - Supervise all staff assigned to the Elevate Futures to include certified, non-certified staff and contracted personnel - Assist the West Bay Collaborative Director of Special Education in the supervision of other programs as deemed necessary - Effectively evaluate certified faculty using the RIDE Evaluation Model - Effectively evaluate non-certified staff using the West Bay Collaborative format - Recommend personnel appointments and assignments to the Special Education Director and/or Executive Director - Establish and maintain a positive school climate - Work with the West Bay Collaborative Director of Special Education to review student referrals to program - Establish and maintain positive relationships RI Special Education Directors of sending districts - Solicit and maintain community partnerships to support student programming - Organize family and community engagement opportunities within the program - Meet regularly with Administra...
