Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Medicine Partners job. A Brief Overview: The Quality Consultant RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating quality and patient safety initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders within SMP and across SHC enterprise. By utilizing clinical acumen, data analysis, and quality improvement methodologies, the Quality Consultant RN identifies areas of clinical opportunities and coordinates improvement of processes and outcomes. This role supports the following programs/activities: patient safety incident review, monitoring of infection prevention and control practices, peer review and quality of care grievance, development of clinical policies, as well as training/education of staff and clinicians on priority quality and patient safety initiatives.
