Job Title Sr. Mobile Maintenance Technician Job Description Summary: The Sr. Mobile Maintenance Technician provides the needed skills to maintain the Mobile Equipment. Job Description: Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, and plumbing Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or industrial mobile facility maintenance Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Technical proficiency with work order management systems (CMMS) Current EPA certification or ability and commitment to obtain High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma preferred Must pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening KEY COMPETENCIES Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disabil...
