Customer Service & Inside Sales Support Rep

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, email, and text communication channels. - Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, estimates, order placement, and general account support. - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, estimates, product questions, and follow-up communication. - Prepare and process estimates, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently. - Collaborate directly with homeowners, roofing professionals, and contractors to coordinate project requirements and sales support. - Utilize QuickBooks for estimating, order processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records. - Maintain effective communication and strong organizational practices within a team-oriented environment. - Participate in training and demonstrate a willingness to learn company products, systems, and operational processes. - Maintain a full-time, in-office schedule Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. - Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
