RMF Engineering, Inc. a national engineering firm, is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Project Manager with proven experience designing HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing mechanical systems in the higher education, public safety, municipal and/or healthcare market sectors for our growing Atlanta, GA office. Position Description: Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Project Manager will lead and work as part of the Division’s design team in all facets of higher education and healthcare building engineering. Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Project Manager will develop and manage all aspects of complex design projects involving mechanical and electrical systems, including: Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for tasks including: - Lead and grow mechanical design teams. - Develop project proposals, project plans, manpower plans, budgets, schedules, negotiate fees, change orders, contracts, and overall QA/QC management. - Provide project managerial guidance and technical directions to team members including mechanical engineers/designers. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships. - Act as a liaison between the client, other design profes...
