We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Division Coordinator to support our Construction Department and ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish. This role serves as the central point of contact in the office, coordinating communication between clients, project managers, estimators, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping projects on track while delivering excellent customer service.
