Behavioral Health Specialist Department: Social Work: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Ypsilanti, Mi: Reporting To: Heather Renfro: Compensation: $59,000 - $61,000 / year Description: Schedule: Exempt, minimum 40 hours per week | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm | Monday - Friday Department: Social Services | Huron Valley PACE | Ypsilanti, MI What You'll Do In This Role: This role provides therapeutic care to participants in the Huron Valley PACE program. Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Manager and Medical Director (or designee), the specialist delivers talk therapy through individual and group sessions. This role involves independently assessing participants' behavioral health needs, coordinating care, and implementing interventions. The specialist works closely with participants and their families/caregivers, ensuring comprehensive behavioral health services to enhance overall well-being, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
