Job Description: In support of our TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) contract, the supervisor will: - Manage rate of participant non-compliance - Hold weekly team meetings - Schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly - Participate in monthly unit meetings - Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers - Ensure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract - Review comprehensive service plans - Ensure that case managers are monitoring client’s progress toward goal of self sufficiency - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred - Five years of related as well as two years employee supervisory experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong management and...
