Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Host/Hostess is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable conversation. This position is critical to our guests’ overall experience as the Host/Hostess is the first and last impression. He/she must exceed the guest experience by aspiring to go above and beyond in providing exceptional service that will compel our guests to continue to come back.
