Production Lead (Supervisor), Manufacturing Location: Hayward or San Carlos, CA (on‑site) Relocation: Not provided for this position Shift: Day & Swing Shift: About 1X: We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. Role Summary: Lead daily production operations on the humanoid robot assembly floor. Supervise staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate production staff, providing training, feedback, and support. Plan and manage daily workflows to meet output and quality targets. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and workplace standards. Ensure compliance with quality procedures and minimize defects. Troubleshoot production, equipment, or resource issues to maintain throughput. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. Communicate production metrics and performance updates to management.
