DEPARTMENT: Youth Department POSITION: Youth Program Lead: SUPERVISOR: Business Manager/ Corps Officer: STATUS: Regular Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly): An internal candidate has already been identified. OVERVIEW: The purpose of this position is to help oversee the youth and volunteers in the Children’s Church and Youth Programs and implement the ministry and mission of the Eastside Corps Community Center. They will also help in all aspects of our After School Program and our Summer Day Camp. This position will require a “ministry mindset” and an evangelistic approach to children’s and youth ministry.
