You are passionate about taking care of their concerns - whether they are new customers or existing customers who have been with us for a long time. - You are very familiar with international air and ocean freight. You are using your expertise to provide our customers with comprehensive advice across all transport routes and means of transportation. - You monitor the international logistics market and keep a close eye on developments. You analyze our customers and their requirements in detail and summarize your findings in reports as a foundation for further decisions. - You impress our customers with your presentation skills. You convince them in discussions and price negotiations with your know-how and skill. - With your cost awareness, you play an active role in setting sales prices without losing sight of your budget. - You visit your customers in person at a national and international level and always have a sympathetic ear for them.
