Full-time, fixed term until 31st December 2028, located on the Camperdown Campus at the School of Life and Environmental Sciences (SOLES) Opportunity to make valuable contributions to research in Metabolic disease Base Salary, level A/B $113,400 - $141,774 p.a + 17% superannuation About the opportunity: The School of Life and Environmental Sciences (SOLES) is currently seeking a Research Associate / Fellow in Metabolic Diseases and its Mechanistic Causes to carry out independent research, keeping with the aims of the laboratory and the Charles Perkins Centre. Your key responsibilities will be to: participate in and continue laboratory research programs carry out independent research that is in keeping with the aims of the lab and the CPC coordinate a number of research programs and ensure timely completion develop and apply methodologies, as the need arises, and teach new methodologies to members of the group and wider university community as needed foster collaborations to advance research programs within the group compete for national and international funding opportunities gain peer recognition by presentations at national and international scientific meetings publish research i...
