About the role: Anthropic is seeking an experienced professional to build and lead our customer productivity and training program. As a key member of the Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for designing the frameworks, resources, and engagement motions that ensure our customers are successfully adopting Claude and realizing measurable value. This is not a support role — you will define what the program infrastructure looks like to drive it for customers. You will work at the intersection of our product, our customers, and our field teams — translating deep technical knowledge of Claude into structured programs that accelerate customer time-to-value.
