Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. The Regional Operations is responsible for the oversight and management of residential PV projects within a given regional site. The Operation Manager provides day-to-day supervision and coordination of the scheduling, inspections, installations, service work and all field activities related to the physical installation of the PV array by Ion Solar installation teams and any coordinated subcontractors. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage a team of offices comprised of 3-5 company offices in other states Manage a team of service technicians, electricians, inspection techs and warehouse employee Formulate performance improvement plans and makes termination decisions as necessary Interview, select, and train new employees Mentor, evaluate employee work and productivity, and develop employees Meet with team members one-on-one to provide continual c...
