Job Title: People Lead – Change & Transformation Location: Flexible / Hybrid: About the Role: We are seeking an experienced People Lead – Change & Transformation to play a critical role in delivering a major business transformation programme at BSI. Acting as the single point of accountability for the People Workstream, you will ensure all people-related activity is aligned, coordinated, and delivered effectively to support programme success. This is a highly visible and strategic role where you will partner closely with senior leaders, the Programme Lead, and the Business Change Lead to shape and deliver a comprehensive People Plan. You will bridge business change and people strategy ensuring workforce impacts are understood, leaders are equipped, and change is embedded sustainably through core people processes.
