Description The CIC Impact and Program Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission and visibility of Huntington Community Impact Capital (CIC) by supporting and enhancing culture-building, community impact, marketing initiatives, and training programs. This role is responsible for impact programing, marketing communications, event coordination, and internal/external brand messaging. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and creativity. The Impact and Program Manager will report to the CIC President. The primary areas of the role cover: Impact Programming - Manage implementation of strategic CIC Impact Initiatives including promoting CIC programing into the affordable housing communities and economic development businesses of CIC developer partners - Lead the CIC Business and Entrepreneurship (B.E.ST.) program targeting high schools in lower-income communities - Identify Huntington colleagues to act as mentors for CIC Mentor Connect program - Promote mentorship and internship programs - Manage and grow CIC Volunteerism Program - Track and report on program outcomes to support cont...
