Job description

Pay Range: $24.13 - $33.78 Responsible for complete administration of combo plan designs DB & DC including reporting, compliance testing and 5500 preparation. Keeps informed of new developments, policies, and legislation concerning qualified retirement Plans in order to proactively advise assigned Plan Sponsors. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in qualified plan compliance or plan administration services or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience with DB or ESOP administration is preferred. - ASPPA QKA or similar industry credential(s) preferred. Skills and Abilities: - Ability to use research tools to obtain knowledge of and apply current regulations. - Ability to read and interpret plan documents, procedure manuals and basic workflow software. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Ability to develop appl...
