What you will do: - Assess and design personalized nutrition plans to support patients with complex neurological injuries. - Educate patients and families on dietary needs, restrictions, and healthy choices to promote long term health. - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered nutritional care.
