Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Process Analyst with a strong background in industrial environments to join our team. This is a unique "succession-track" role. For the first three years, you will focus on the deployment and optimization of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) . As you master the site's digital landscape and build relationships with the local team, you will undergo a mentored transition to succeed our current IT Manager upon their retirement in 2029.
