About This Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated, energetic and well organised Veterinary Technician to join the UQ VETS Clinical Studies Centre at Gatton. Reporting to the Clinical Studies Centre Manager, this role works within a collaborative, inquisitive and purpose‑driven clinical and teaching environment, supporting veterinary staff, students and continuing education programs. You will play a key role in coordinating the Teaching Laboratory and delivering high‑quality technical, nursing and instructional support that underpins outstanding veterinary education and animal care. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating the Teaching Laboratory within the Clinical Studies Centre, including bookings, inventory management, stock rotation, ordering and daily maintenance. Providing professional veterinary nursing and technical support, including anaesthesia monitoring, post‑operative care, diagnostic procedures and radiography assistance.
