Responsibilities: - Partaking in hands-on training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations - Managing an ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure efficiency is always achieved - Participating in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and supporting equipment. - Conducting mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required - Management and analysis of KPI’s Qualifications: - 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of electromechanics. - Post- secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician. - Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
