Role Description: As a Solutions Engineer, you will manage the Atlassian application suite (along with other applications) to include installation and backend configuration, monitor diagnostics, troubleshoot system performance and partner with other application administrators to keep the Atlassian products ecosystem secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally for all teams. This role involves ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Atlassian tools that support core business functions.
