About The Role: The IT Specialist/Admin role is responsible for managing and securing Picogrid's internal corporate IT systems, including endpoints, identity, and network resources, while ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2. The role provides day-to-day technical support for employees and works closely with the Security and Compliance team. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or enterprise technical support. Experience managing corporate endpoints, user accounts, and internal IT infrastructure in a business environment.
