The Role: We are seeking a Deal Manager for OCC Solutions (Ops & Crew Management) to drive business growth. You will be the bridge between our Product and Sales teams, ensuring that our commercial proposals are technically sound, profitable, and aligned with our long-term strategy. Your mission is to secure order intake and revenue targets while optimizing our delivery resources. Main Responsibilities: As a Deal Manager, you will oversee the Product organization’s contribution to the end-to-end sales process: Sales Strategy & Support: Partner with commercial teams during the qualification stage and represent NAVBLUE at industry events.
