Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: Research Fellow is a full-time temporary advanced scholarly appointment (not to exceed five years) to conduct advanced independent and/or directed research programs. The research fellow will conduct translational research projects at the direction of the principal investigator or program director. The role of a research fellow requires detailed knowledge of a technical field, process, or discipline. Work shall include developing, implementing, and executing research plans, data collection and analysis as well as documenting research findings in concise yet complete technical reports. A research fellow must be able to rapidly identify trends in data or shortcomings in experimental design, so that random adjustments may be made without the direct daily supervision of a principal investigator.
