Business Operations Manager

Job description

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager who is highly driven, organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to join us in-person in San Francisco to help build and scale the company. You'll work directly with the CEO and set the cadence for how the company operates. You'll own end-to-end execution on whatever needs to happen, from hiring to new initiatives, finance, hiring and day-to-day operations. We're a lean team, which means you'll make the call on what happens and how it gets done. What you'll do: Execute new initiatives and special projects for growth, sales, marketing, and partnerships Support the enterprise GTM motion: Build and automate processes and systems as we scale This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to be a world-class operator.
