Description We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support a team of 20+ skilled technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring product quality meets or exceeds requirements, driving on-time delivery of products, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with AS9100 requirements, and fostering a culture of continual improvement. Ensures that production output meets contract requirements and delivery dates.
