Purpose of the Role: The Rewards Analyst supports the execution and administration of regional compensation, benefits and rewards programs, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while delivering accurate analysis and reporting. Working closely with the EMEA Regional Total Rewards Lead, the role aligns regional practices with the organization’s global Total Rewards strategy.
