Job No: 551465; 09/16/2025: ATHLETICS FACILITIES AND EVENTS ASSISTANT Casual Worker Athletics/Game Management Salary Range : $16.50 - $140/Hourly (Budgeted Hiring Salary Range $16.50 - $18.00/Hourly) Work Schedule : Hours to be arranged, on-call; no-exempt classification. Temporary position ends on/or before June 30, 2026; may be extended. Essential Functions : Under the supervision of the Facilities & Events Manager, the Athletics Facilities & Events Assistant supports the execution of home athletic events by ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for participants and spectators in alignment with NCAA, conference, and University standards. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, monitoring access points, assisting with game operations (such as public address announcing, scoreboard operation, ticketing, and in-game promotions), and supporting health, safety, and compliance protocols required for NCAA competition.
