Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications: The Sales Director is responsible for hiring, training, developing and leading a regional sales team (approx. 7-8 reps) in order to meet or exceed sales goals for AEL. This leader will be responsible for the daily oversight of the region’s business, customer relationships, both internal and external, and will be tasked with maximizing profitability.
