About the Role: Mass General Brigham Home Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to support the education and professional development of clinical staff across our growing Home Hospital program. This role will partner with nursing and clinical leadership to develop, coordinate, and deliver training and orientation programs for nurses and other clinical support staff. The educator will play a key role in preparing staff to deliver safe, evidence-based care within the innovative Home Hospital model.
