This role will interact with the consumer on the client's behalf to recover balances due. Title: ​ Legal Assistant: Location: ​ Onsite​ – ​8085 Knue Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250 Schedule: ​8am-4:30pm Department: ​Litigation Reports To: ​ Director of Collections Compensation: ​ $20-$25 per hour base + Monthly Bonus potential Key Responsibilities: Organize & track files from case documents, making them available & easily accessible to attorneys Supports case preparation by preparing pleadings & other court documents Keeps cases organized by: Multi-tasking while maintaining highest level of accuracy & attention to detail Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress Ensure compliance wi...
