Platform Engineer - CI/CD

Job description

We build and operate the systems that enable fast, reliable, and scalable software delivery across the organization. What You’ll Do: Operate and scale a self-hosted runner platform for GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Improve build, test, and caching performance to optimize developer productivity Contribute to Deployment-as-a-Service solutions powered by ArgoCD (GitOps) Design and maintain reliable and scalable CI/CD infrastructure using Terraform Improve pipeline reliability, scalability, and observability Participate in operational support and on-call rotations Build iteratively in an agile environment - Work with experienced engineers to build and improve CI/CD platforms and workflows What You’ll Need: Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps) Understanding of build systems, pipelines, and automation Familiarity with GitOps principles and deployment workflows - 1–4 years of software engineering experience Strong software engineering fundamentals: Nice to Have: Experience with Go or TypeScript: Interest in building AI agents for CI/CD automation and developer feedback loops Experience with scalable build systems or distributed execution platforms
