Job description

Position Overview: The Sr. Employee Relations Specialist supports designated organizations and focuses on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. The Sr. ER Specialist ensures consistent and compliant handling of ER issues and contributes to a positive workplace culture through proactive support and collaboration with HR Business Partners and managers. Responsibilities: Manage underperformance cases, including coaching plans and performance improvement plans (PIPs). Support managers with disciplinary actions such as verbal and written warnings, final notices, and terminations. Ensure documentation and actions are aligned with company policies and local employment laws. Provide day-to-day ER support to managers and HRBPs within the assigned organizations. Identify trends and flag emerging issues for further review. Track outcomes and identify patterns or risks related to separations. Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
