SALARY: $40.74 per hour starting wage + $5,000 Signing Bonus Increased to $41.44 after 60-day probationary period 2-Year contractual technical assessment allows potential $3.00 per hour increase upon successful testing Average annual earnings of up to $120,000-$140,000 Contractual Full Utilization, allows maintenance technicians to signup, and work, all weekend and holiday overtime they want except for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
