Our ED is fast‑paced yet collaborative, fostering a close-knit team environment where adaptability, communication, and mutual respect are essential. Care is delivered through a geographic, team-based model, with nurses working in small care teams supported by Emergency Department technicians. Nurses collaborate directly with an attending physician, allowing for efficient workflow, strong clinical partnership, and continuity of care.
