Provides leadership, direction, and support to medical assistants on patient related issues. Assists fellow employees in providing the highest quality, personalized patient care and maintains a positive working relationship with the health care team. Supports the Gonzaba coordinated care model by working with other GMG providers and support departments/functions to ensure a patient-centered approach is always provided.
