Description What You’ll Do: As a Territory Manager, you’ll own your territory from prospecting to post-delivery follow-up, delivering outstanding service while consistently exceeding sales goals. Territory: Covers 3 counties in the south Florida region to include Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties Key Responsibilities: - Achieve or exceed sales targets for whole goods and parts - Proactively prospect and grow new and existing accounts - Build strong relationships with municipalities, public sports fields, and city/county/state stakeholders - Prepare and present professional quotes, bids, and proposals - Demonstrate equipment and train end-users on proper operation - Manage the full sales cycle—from quoting and order entry to delivery and follow-up - Track activity and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and the Toro Extranet - Develop and execute a strategic territory plan; report regularly to the Sales Director - Collaborate closely with Service Managers, Field Service Advisors, and dealer partners - Stay knowledgeable on competitor products, pricing, and market trends - Represent Wesco Turf at trade shows, demos, and industry events - Maintain company-provided asse...
