Job Description Summary The Internal Project Manager (IPM) for Equipment Projects (EO & EEP) is a leader on the Project Team responsible for managing delivery and cost of the Project through proactive risk & opportunity management, cross-functional mitigation action plans and mitigation coordination, and change management discipline. The IPM supports the Project by working closely with a core team of cost and schedule experts to achieve critical Project targets. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Leverage lessons learned from other similar projects to identify and assess scope and risks on the Project bid/proposal and provide feedback to ITO. Attend all Readiness Release, Advance Release, and Full Release Meetings led by ITO. Review the Key Handover Documents with the PM & CM and collaborate on strategizing and documenting the cost and schedule risks for the Project. Assemble the project team at launch to introduce the cross-functional team members, set project launch schedule and review the key Project risks, opportunities, and assumptions for execution related to delivery and cost.
