The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder Engagement, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape and embed provider quality assurance (QA) across WorkCover Queensland. As the Provider Quality Assurance Specialist, you will help to design, build and operationalise a contemporary QA program across our provider network and panels ensuring services consistently meet professional, regulatory and performance standards. Working as an individual contributor within a high-performing and collaborative team, you will lead end-to-end assurance activities, from conducting detailed provider reviews to delivering clear, evidence-based feedback to providers and internal stakeholders.
