The Collections Director is responsible for leading a high‑performing collections organization overseeing a $100M accounts receivable portfolio across 4,000 customer accounts. This role drives timely collections, drives process improvement initiatives, and partners cross‑functionally to support cash‑flow objectives while balancing customer and business needs. This is an on-site position at our corporate headquarters in Tamarac, FL.
