Job Overview We do not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. The Data Platform Administrator keeps Marvin’s cloud data platform running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day health of our data tools—primarily Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran —making sure they’re reliable, well‑governed, and cost‑effective. This is an operations‑first role , not a solution design role. You’ll work closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Analytics teams to support analytics, reporting, and data pipelines, while helping the platform scale as our data capabilities continue to grow. Highlights of your role: What You’ll Do: - You’ll manage and monitor the core components of our data platform across development, test, and production environments. This includes configuring environments, maintaining platform settings, and ensuring performance, availability, and reliability for users and downstream systems. - You’ll be responsible for administering Snowflake—managing databases, warehouses, roles, access controls, and resource monitors.
