Food Service Supervisor – Warner Robins Air Force Base Employer: Vaughn & BCI: Location: Warner Robins, GA Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $19.25/hour Shift: TBD (to be assigned upon hire) Clearance: Must be eligible for base access at Warner Robins AFB Position Summary: Vaughn & BCI is seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations within the dining facility at Warner Robins Air Force Base . The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food service staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and supporting smooth, efficient meal preparation and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen and dining facility staff during assigned shifts Ensure compliance with military food service guidelines and company policies Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation for quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation across all service areas Train, guide, and evaluate food service workers, including Cook I and utility staff Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering and receiving supplies Address and resolve operational or staffing issues in real time Communicate with base personn...
